1. Service description

BrickEverything is an AI-powered platform that generates brick model designs from text descriptions and images. We provide 3D previews and, for paid orders, source compatible bricks and arrange shipment with printed instructions. Digital backups may be available in My Creations for purchased builds.

2. User content

You retain ownership of the prompts and images you submit. By using BrickEverything, you grant us a license to process your inputs for the purpose of generating brick models. Models shared to the public gallery are visible to all users.

3. Generated designs

Brick model designs generated by BrickEverything are provided for personal and commercial use. We do not guarantee that designs are structurally sound, buildable, or suitable for any particular purpose. Build at your own discretion.

4. Payments

Payments for build kits are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are calculated from the estimated number and type of pieces in your generated model. Build kit orders include compatible parts, printed instructions, and a sourcing and handling service; exact part availability, seller stock, and shipping timing can vary. We may source compatible parts from third-party marketplaces, sellers, or fulfillment partners.

5. Service availability

BrickEverything is provided “as is” without warranty. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. Generation times and results may vary depending on model complexity and server load.

6. Limitation of liability

BrickEverything shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to ordering or using physical bricks based on generated designs.

7. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of BrickEverything after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
